Welcome to Aynwise (“Aynwise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Aynwise website and platform available at https://aynwise.com (the “Site” and the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Site or Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

Aynwise is a budgeting, financial awareness, and analytical tool.

The Service provides technical analysis and presentation of user-supplied data using automated systems. The Service does not take into account your personal financial circumstances, objectives, or needs and therefore does not constitute advice.

Aynwise is not a financial adviser and does not provide investment, tax, accounting, legal, or other regulated advisory services. Nothing on the Site or Service constitutes advice, a recommendation, an endorsement, or an instruction of any kind.

You acknowledge that the Service is intended to support awareness and review of financial information and is not designed to be relied upon as a definitive or authoritative source for decision-making.

You agree that any reliance on outputs generated by the Service must be reasonable and supplemented by independent judgment or professional advice where appropriate.

“Reliance” includes any action or inaction taken based in whole or in part on outputs generated by the Service. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

The Service operates using fully automated proprietary software and artificial intelligence systems, including third-party AI models.

You acknowledge that limitations of automated and AI-based systems are known and inherent, and that the Service operates without human supervision or verification unless explicitly stated.

• AI may produce errors, omissions, biases, hallucinations, misclassifications, or incomplete results.
• Outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.
• Aynwise makes no guarantees regarding correctness, completeness, or suitability of outputs.

If you upload bank statements or similar documents, we process them to extract transaction-level data (e.g., dates, descriptions, and amounts).

We aim to delete original statement files promptly after processing. However, temporary technical retention may occur for purposes such as processing, security, backup integrity, and error recovery.

• We do not store online banking credentials, passwords, authentication tokens, or credit card CVV numbers.
• We do not guarantee that all transactions will be extracted accurately or completely.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating extracted data.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights to upload all data and for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of such data.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, Service, and the material published on it, including software, source code, algorithms, AI models, text, graphics, designs, logos, and trademarks. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Site or Service without our prior written consent. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Any content you submit to us (including feedback or messages) is provided voluntarily.

You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and incorporate such content for any lawful purpose. This does not apply to personal data, which is handled under our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from interruptions, feature changes, suspension, or discontinuation, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, conditions, and representations. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to use the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If you use the Service in a business or professional capacity, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the Unfair Contract Terms Law, 1982, or any other applicable mandatory law.

Where any provision is found unenforceable or unfair under applicable consumer protection laws, it shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law, without affecting the remaining provisions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aynwise, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Service, your violation of these Terms, your reliance on outputs, or any data or content you upload or submit.

This indemnification does not apply to the extent that any claim arises directly from our willful misconduct or gross negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Access is at your own risk.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms shall prevail.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aynwise regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site. Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice through the Site or by electronic communication where available. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
